About Our Caravan Park

Park Rules and Etiquette
To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly request that you follow these guidelines:

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect other guests’ peace and quiet during these times.

Pet Policy: Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times within the park. Please clean up after your pets. All dogs have to be registered.

Speed Limit: The speed limit within the park is 10 mph to ensure the safety of all guests, especially children.

Rubbish Disposal: Please use the designated bins and recycling points to dispose of your rubbish.

Gas Checks: All caravans must have annual gas checks.

Caravan Insurance: All caravans must have caravan insurance

General Amenities

Park Office: Open daily, our park office is staffed with knowledgeable personnel ready to assist with any queries or needs you might have during your stay. Operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends.

Launderette: Our token-operated launderette is equipped with washers and dryers, available for guest use from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.

Wi-Fi Access: WiFi can be provided by boundless, for a fee.

Security: For your safety, our park is monitored 24/7 by CCTV.

Park Policy: Caravans are privately owned and are exclusively for use by immediate family members, including parents and their children. Subletting to non-family members is strictly prohibited.

Pitch fee for the season: Amounts to £3067.50. This fee includes the pitch fee itself, VAT, rates, water charges, and a contribution of £52.50 towards the electricity bill
